In a bowl put the flour together with the warm water, the salt and, as the case may be, the dry yeast (as such) or fresh. If fresh yeast is used, put it in a glass with a teaspoon of sugar and dissolve it with a little water (of the 250 ml, use 50 ml), and then add it to the flour. Mix well with your hands, then add the oil gradually. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to the bowl, then cover it with a clean napkin and leave it to rise for about an hour, until it doubles in volume.
After the dough has risen, prepare two (2) pizza trays with a little corn (put it so that it doesn't stick) and spread the dough with your hands. Put the tomato sauce, then the filling (according to everyone's tastes) and put in the oven.
