Pancakes with chocolate sauce with coffee

For pancakes:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 l of mineral water
  • 1 esenta rom
  • as much flour as it contains

Chocolate sauce

  • 80 ml liquid cream
  • 100 g chocolate with Kandia coffee

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with chocolate sauce with coffee:

Mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and oil until it doubles in volume. Add mineral water, rum essence and then flour in the rain, until you get a creamy dough. Grease a pan with oil and then bake the pancakes. For the sauce, melt the chocolate with the whipped cream, leave it to cool. Fill the pancakes, roll and serve with whipped cream and powdered with cocoa and powdered sugar. A delight!
