Sweet-spicy copanas

Sweet-spicy copanas

I washed and cleaned the chicken skins well and then left them to dry.

I seasoned them with salt, ground pepper, hot paprika and salt and left them to rest for half an hour.

In a frying pan, I heated the oil for about two fingers.

I fried the copanels over low to medium heat until they penetrated well and browned nicely.

I took them out in a bowl and set them aside until I prepared the sauce.

I melted the butter and cut the garlic into small pieces.

I hardened the garlic in butter for about 1 minute then I added tomato paste, paprika, honey and a pinch of salt.

I let it boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until I got a thick sauce.

I put the cups on top of the sauce and let them boil for 1-2 minutes on each side until they were well covered by the sauce.

Serve with a garnish of your choice. :)

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared SPICY CHEESE BALLOTS. I think many of you are wondering why spicy? Because I put garlic in them, which gives them a pleasant aroma and a bit of tongue. Many people put mayonnaise instead of cottage cheese, I decided to take it out, because on the holiday tables we find other dishes that contain mayonnaise. You can also serve these balls with a fresh salad or with anything you want. I hope you prepare them and you will surely like them. I still wish you a tasty day and good appetite!

  • 150 gr. - 18% cow's cheese
  • 3–4 - garlic cloves
  • Salt and black pepper

Difficulty: small

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

The amount: 18-20 balls

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the first piece of cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Then on top add the soft cottage cheese and put the garlic cloves in the special press and crush them over the cheese and cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then mix patiently until you get a strong composition.
  3. Take a spoonful of the prepared composition and form balls with the palms.
  4. Then scrape the second piece of cheese, take each ball and roll it through the grated cheese.

(P) 3 tourist destinations for gourmets

We offer you 3 ideal holiday destinations for gourmets, where you will have exceptional culinary experiences everywhere:

A culinary landscape that combines Lebanese, Iranian and Arab influences, Dubai is the perfect destination for lovers of good food, be they vegetarians, lovers of sweet and strongly flavored desserts or holiday lovers sprinkled with spicy dishes.

What to eat in Dubai:

If you like donuts, you should try Luqaimat. These delicious dumplings, with sweet date sauce and sesame seeds, can be enjoyed for breakfast, along with a hot Turkish coffee.

Doesn't a day go by without your craving for pizza? Your taste buds will definitely appreciate a Manousheh - a local specialty with exotic toppings, such as Akkawi cheese, Za & rsquoatar, Labneh or lamb.

Are you still not convinced of the culinary potential of this destination? Well, a preparation that will make you guaranteed to book a flight from Bucharest to Dubai quickly is & ldquopainea harem & rdquo; Esh Asaraya is a dessert with a cheesecake texture, which hides, under a generous layer of ground pistachio, plenty of syrup, caramel and an enticing aroma of water of roses and orange blossoms.

Are you looking for a destination full of tourist attractions that will offer you the opportunity to explore a special local gastronomy? We recommend a visit to Spain, more precisely to Malaga and the surrounding areas, where we guarantee that you will have culinary experiences that will change your perception of some seemingly trivial ingredients, such as grapes or almonds.

What to eat in Malaga:

Do you like seafood? Then you have to start the culinary foray into Malaga with a traditional dish. A tempting portion of Gambas Pil Pil will convince you how surprising shrimp can be in the company of the right ingredients. Spanish favorites, Pil Pil shrimp are cooked quickly and served with a hot sauce with a subtle smoky aroma, obtained from garlic, hot pepper flakes, smoked sweet paprika, parsley and olive oil. The dish is served hot, with fresh bread and a glass of red wine.

Sweets lovers must try the Malaguena Tart, a dessert prepared with almonds and sweet Malaga wine & ndash two of the gastronomic attractions of this region.

The cake also surprises with its fruity aroma, given by the apricot jam. Serve sprinkled with almond flakes and raisins.

Of course, you can't visit Malaga without trying a cold soup, but we will not recommend the well-known gazpacho, but the predecessor of the famous Spanish tomato soup. Specific to the region, Ajoblanco soup appeared before tomatoes were available among local ingredients and has a name that would translate simply: & ldquousturoi alb & rdquo.

As simple as it is delicious, this cold garlic soup is made from peeled and fried almonds, ground and mixed with olive oil, garlic and water or milk. Ajoblanco is often served garnished with grapes, cucumbers or hot peppers.

Japan offers gourmets countless surprises when it comes to culinary experiences. If you want to go safe, opt for Dotonbori, Osaka Street which has rightly become one of the main tourist attractions in the region. Street food lovers will feel at ease here, because they can taste, in turn, various dishes from a wide range of traditional Japanese specialties.

What to eat in Osaka:

The name of the dish can be translated as "how do you like it" or "what do you like, fried" and what gourmet who respects himself would refuse such an offer?

Known as the salty version of Japanese pancakes or, more simply, & ldquopizza Japanese & rdquo, Okonomiyaki brings a little omelette, but will surprise you with the variety of ingredients and spices included, from the specific sauce of the same name to dried seaweed, Japanese mayonnaise or Katsuobushi (dry, fermented and smoked tuna flakes).

If you liked Okonomiyaki, you should definitely try a portion of Negiyaki, another versatile dish that replaces cabbage strips with Negi, a green onion-like ingredient.

What is special about this preparation? Negiyaki has sweet and salty aromas, harmoniously combined with a drop of lemon juice. In some places, a special olive sauce is included in the preparation. The enticing smell of these & ldquoimbuibate & rdquo pancakes with surprising ingredients will surely whet your appetite as soon as you step on Dotonbori Street in Osaka for the first time.

In terms of street food, another Osaka specialty that you should try is a kind of fried meatball, wrapped in Takoyaki sauce and often accompanied by mayonnaise and Katsuobushi flakes.

Containing? The preparation is obtained from fried dough, pieces of octopus, pickled ginger and green onions. Takoyaki sauce is the one that completes the complex aroma of the preparation, through the spicy, sweet and sour accents, specific to Japanese gastronomy.

If you have decided to list at least one of the gastronomic tourist destinations presented above, you must keep in mind that the dishes described are just a few of the dozens of specialties that you will be tempted to try when you arrive in Dubai, Malaga. or Osaka. You will definitely return from your culinary holiday with at least one recipe that you will want to prepare for your loved ones!

4 chicken chops
salt and pepper

The chicken breasts in the dough & # 8211 are so tasty that no one refuses them

Have you invited your friends to dinner and do you want to surprise them with a special dish? Try the recipe below and prepare the chicken breasts in the dough. I am convinced that they will be to your taste and that of your friends.

  • 7 chicken chops
  • Sare, chili
  • Paprika, turmeric powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Dough ingredients:

  • 250 gr wheat flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg, 150 gr sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method of preparation:

Put the chicken legs in a heat-resistant dish. Season them with salt, paprika, chili, turmeric and crushed garlic. Then pour a little oil over them. Mix them well to take on the flavor of the spices.

Put the bowl with the bowls in the oven. Cook the copanels until the meat comes off the bone easily.

Prepare the dough. Sift wheat flour into a bowl. Add salt, sugar and baking powder. Mix.

In a separate bowl, place the egg, sour cream and sunflower oil. Mix the ingredients well. Pour the mixture into the flour bowl. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.

Remove the cups from the oven and cut the meat into small pieces (keep the bones, you will use them later). Put the meat in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and mix.

Place the previously prepared dough on the worktop and cut it in half. Then cut each half of the dough into 3.

Spread a piece of dough in a round sheet and add some of the filling in the middle. In the middle of the filling, place a bone (standing) from the bowls and wrap the dough around the bone. Do the same with the remaining dough and filling.

Put the cups in the dough in a tray and grease them with egg. Wrap the bones from the outside in aluminum foil and put the tray in the oven. After the dough is baked, you can serve it. The dough cups are delicious. Good appetite and increase cooking!

Sweet-spicy wings

Wash the wings well and cut them in half.
Mix the sauces in a bowl and pass each piece of fin through the sauce. Pour the remaining sauce over the wings, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Then place the wings in the pan, pour the sauce over them and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

They are very tasty sticky, sweet and slightly spicy.
I go great with mashed potatoes.
Good appetite!

Sweet-spicy wings

You don't have to go to LA MALL for spicy wings and even if we don't have the socialization of LA MALL, these homemade wings are better than any LA MALL wings, right?

Only today I managed to put the recipe, because at the moment we are intensely preparing for 2 important events this week: the anniversary of 3 years of marriage (I kind of love you, Dani) and the baptism of Tudor, our first son. I can't wait to give you pictures from both events! Until another, another quick recipe: the wings!

& # 8211 1 kg chicken wings
& # 8211 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
& # 8211 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
& # 8211 3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
& # 8211 2 tablespoons chili sauce
& # 8211 3 teaspoons spices for chicken barbeque

First and foremost we wash the wings well and cut their corners. Then mix all the ingredients for the marinade, put the wings in a zippered bag, pour over the marinade and turn the bag on all sides, so that the wings are completely covered with sauce. We let the bag cool for 3 hours, then we fry the wings & # 8220 on the lid & # 8221, respectively we fill a pan up to half with water, we put the lid on it but vice versa, with the handle down. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the lid and place the wings. Pour the remaining sauce in the bag over them and bake them for 30 minutes, in the oven heated to 200 degrees. After the first 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and turn the wings so that they brown evenly.

At the end, we have some well browned wings, slightly sticky and very fragrant. At the top, only your imagination is the limit! What do you want, that fits! We kiss you and we will hear from you soon with recipes and ideas from our dear family events. You're welcome!
