Put the pasta to boil, in a lot of boiling water with salt, let them boil for approx. 7 minutes.

We then pass them briefly, under a stream of hot water and drain them.

Put the oil in the pan, add the sliced ​​leeks and the frozen pepper.

Saute for 4-5 minutes, then add the mushrooms and a little water (100 ml).

Let it cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, then add the pasta over the sauteed vegetables, season with salt and pepper and serve.
