I say it in the most objective way possible :))) Duck breast - 3 pcsRaclette fondue - 6 slicesRed onion - 3 pcsYellows - 300 gUnt - 25 gCamembert slices– 4 slicesOlive oil - 1 tablespoonDried thyme - ½ teaspoonSemi-dry white wine - 40 mlCreated salad - 8 leavesBerry syrup - 4-5 tablespoonsRed wine - 50 mlRed - 1 pieceBurger burger - 4 piecesEgg yolk - 2 piecesSalt and pepper - to tastePortions: 4Preparation time: less than 30 minutesPROCESS PREPARATION French Burger : Remove the fat from 2 duck breasts - keep the fat from one breast; Cut them into cubes; Put them in the meat grinder (Ankarsrum) and chop them; Mix them with salt and pepper; Cut the slices of Squeeze the raclettes into equal pieces and close them inside the burgers; Prepare the burgers on the grill (serve medium) for about 2-3 minutes on each side and let them rest for 5-10 minutes; Grease the buns with the egg yolk and leave them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes until browned nesc; Put olive oil and butter in the pan; Chop the finely chopped garlic; Put the yolks in the pan with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic and quench with white wine; Cut the red onion julienne; -it will boil, and when the water has dropped, pour the syrup over and lower the heat, letting it caramelize easily; Place the meat on the bun; Put the caramelized onion and the slice of Camembert cheese on top; Add the yolks over , tomato slices and salad created; Serve with french fries; Enjoy!
